We strive to
dispatch all orders within 24 hours
of receipt of the order (Monday to
Friday only). With postal / cheque
orders, please allow an additional
seven working days for cheque clearance
before dispatching of goods.
Where a customer has
paid to have an item dispatched by
Special Delivery, providing that order
is placed before 12.00 midday, we strive
to dispatch the package the same day.
Whilst every effort
is made to adhere to the above, delays
can occur for a variety of reasons,
including postal delays, consumer demand,
etc. Where possible, in the likely
event that an order is to be delayed,
we aim to contact the customer and
keep them fully informed as to the
state of events, and / or offer them
the facility to cancel.

1 : An order is received Monday morning
at 11am. We aim to dispatch within
24 hours of receipt, therefore we
aim to have the package in the hands
of the Post Office before 11am Tuesday
morning. The delivery time of the
package is then in the hands of the
post office (see our delivery
policy).

2 : An order is received Friday morning
at 11am. We aim to dispatch within
24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday,
therefore we aim to have the package
in the hands of the Post Office before
11am Monday morning (as Saturday
and Sunday are excluded). The delivery
time of the package is then in the
hands of the post office (see our delivery
policy).

Example
1 : An order is received Monday morning
at 11am where the customer has requested
Special Delivery. We aim to dispatch
the same day on orders received before midday,
therefore we aim to have the package
in the hands of the Post Office by
early afternoon that day. The delivery
time of the package is then in the
hands of the post office (see our delivery
policy).

2 : An order is received Monday afternoon
at 1pm where the customer has requested
Special Delivery. We aim to dispatch
the same day on orders received before midday,
therefore we aim to have the package
in the hands of the Post Office early
the following day. The delivery time
of the package is then in the hands
of the post office (see our delivery
policy).
Outside UK
We do not usually
delivery outside of the UK mainland
and any p&p costs that may be stated
relate only to those costs attributable
for UK delivery. Separate arrangement
made be made for overseas orders -
