Below
are a list of questions that may be able to help you get
the most from this site. If you can't see a solution to your
problem, then please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can
I pay by Credit / Debit card online?
If
you have a major credit / debit card, yes you can using WorldPay's
secure online transaction system. This enables you to safely
enter your card details (in a secure enviroment).
If
you have a PayPal account, you can also pay online via PayPal
(see what is Paypal)

Can
I pay by Cheque?
As
long as you have a UK bank account, you can pay by cheque.
You will need to order your items by mail, enclosing a cheque
for the appropriate amount (see how
do I pay by cheque).

Can
I pay by telephone?
Nails
and Things is an online company, set up to trade over the
internet. Consequently we primarily take payment by cheque
or credit card (online). Currently we do not offer a telephone
ordering service, though this may change in the future -
so please check regularly.

How
do I order an item on this website?
Shopping
on our site is easy. Simply browse the pages until you see
an item you want. At that point click the drop-down quantity
box to select an amount, then click the add to cart button
adjacent to the item (like the one shown below).

This
will add the item into your Shopping Cart.

How
do I view what I've ordered?
As
you add items to you cart, you will see the corresponding
number of items and the tallying amount appear in the Cart
Summary box at the top of each page (as shown below).

If
you click the view / amend cart button within this
summary box, you can view your shopping cart in detail.

How
do I order more than one of an item?
Simply
browse the pages until you see an item you want. At that
point click the drop-down quantity box to select the quantity
you require, then click the add to cart button adjacent
to the item (like the one shown below).

This
will add the item into your Shopping Cart.

How
do I cancel an item?
To
cancel an item, you must remove it from your shopping cart.

If
you click the view / amend cart button within this
summary box, you can view your shopping cart in detail and
will appear something like this:

From
here you can choose to delete / amend items within the cart.
Just click the Update Cart button to finish.

How
do I pay by cheque / mail?
Once
you have finished shopping with us, you need to view the
shopping cart if it isn't already open by clicking the view
cart button. Once you are satisfied that your order
is accurate and complete, click the Checkout button.
You
will then be asked to confirm that you have finished shopping.
You you then be asked if you want to upgrade your postage
options.
After
this you will be presented with a payment options screen
like this:

Select
the first option, pay by cheque / post.
This
will open a form which includes all the details of your order.
Simply print this form, add your name and address, and send
the form to us with a cheque for the appropriate amount.

How
do I pay by credit / debit card?
Once
you have finished shopping with us, you need to view the
shopping cart if it isn't already open by clicking the view
cart button. Once you are satisfied that your order
is accurate and complete, click the Checkout button.
You
will then be asked to confirm that you have finished shopping.
You you then be asked if you want to upgrade your postage
options.
After
this you will be presented with a payment options screen

Select
the second option, pay by debit / credit card.
You
will then be informed that you are about to be transferred
to a secure part of the internet using WorldPay. Simply click
the Checkout button once again to achieve this.
From there you will be in the safe, secure hands of WorldPay
who will take your card details and relay all relevant order
details securely to us.

How
do I pay using my PayPal account?
Once
you have finished shopping with us, you need to view the
shopping cart if it isn't already open by clicking the view
cart button. Once you are satisfied that your order
is accurate and complete, click the Checkout button.
You
will then be asked to confirm that you have finished shopping.
You you then be asked if you want to upgrade your postage
options.
After
this you will be presented with a payment options screen
like this:

Select
the third option, pay using PayPal.
You
will then be informed that you are about to be transferred
to a secure part of the internet using PayPal. Simply click
the Checkout button once again to achieve this.
From there you will be in the safe, secure hands of PayPal.

Can
I order from outside of the UK Mainland?
It
is not currently or policy to dispatch items outside of the
UK Mainland and postage costs are simply too prohibitive.
However, if do reside outside the UK and wish to place an
order, then contact us in advance and we will happily provide
you with a postage quote.
