conditions. All goods remain the property
of Nails and Things Ltd until full
Payment has been received and verified.
Delivery
All items are normally
dispatched within two working days.
Should any delay occur, Nails and Things
Ltd will endeavour to contact you (the
customer) promptly. Please advise Nails
and Things Ltd if you do not receive
your item(s) within 20 days of placing
your order so that it can be traced.
Customers paying by
cheque should allow an additional 7
days for processing.

Sales, prices
and goods
Nails and Things Ltd
acts as a agent in the sale of goods
between wholesale suppliers and our
retail customer. The contract of sale
then exists between our Customer and
the product supplier. Prices are subject
to change without notice. Images may
vary slightly from actual products
due to the limitations of the internet
and variations between computer screens
etc. Orders are accepted at the discretion
of Nails and Things Ltd and Nails and
Things Ltd maintains the right to decline
or cancel orders without giving an
explanation.
Sales Tax
(VAT)
The prices shown
on our web site include VAT where applicable.
Goods sent to private individuals within
the EU will attract VAT at the current
UK rate.
Web Page Names
Our web pages are
usually named after "collections" of
product ranges, eg "opi_japanese_collection" or "opi_tuxedo_range" etc.
Where possible the items displayed
on these pages are those colours that
were originally deemed to be a part
of that range by OPI. However, for
ease of web structure, in some cases
we have placed like colour types on
the same page and these colours may
not necessarily be correctly labelled
by range. Therefore customers are advised
to categorise colours by OUR description.
Thus, for instance, if you inquire
about the "Japanese Range",
we will refer only to those colours
that appear on our Japanese page.

Returns
All orders are carefully
checked before dispatch. However, very
occasionally items are damaged during
transit. If your goods are delivered
damaged, please ensure that the original
packaging and content is kept as damaged
goods must be returned for our examination.
Contact Nails and Things Ltd within
5 working days of receipt to obtain
authorisation to return the damaged
goods. Nails and Things Ltd will only
dispatch replacement goods after the
receipt of the damaged item(s), usually
within 5 working days (click HERE for
further details on returning damaged
items).
Where items are damaged, please use
great care, keep handling to a minimum
and take all appropriate safety precautions
to avoid injuring yourself / others
/ property, etc. If you suspect items
are damaged, we strongly recommend
you do not open the packaging but return
it as is. If upon opening the packaging
you observe broken items, then please
do not inspect the content further,
simply seal the packaging ready for
return. We can accept no responsibility
for injuries or damage that may arise
handling damaged good.
We do not offer refunds
on items that are not damaged. Exchange
is possible but only where items remain
in their original condition in a new
/ unused state. Used products
cannot be refunded. Postage will be
chargeable (click HERE for
further details). It is the customer's
responsibility to return any such item
in a good / unused / saleable condition
in the original packaging.
On all returns, the customer is responsible
for the return costs. Items lost in
transit will NOT be replaced or refunded.
We strongly
recommend you obtain proof
of postage and / or a value-back guarantee,
such as provided by the Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery
(click here) to secure
against damage or loss.
It is not our intention
to disappoint our customers, nor do
we wish to offend by refusing to refund.
We therefore stipulate most strongly
- if you are not sure the item is exactly
what you want, do NOT buy it.

retail price of the item to which it
relates. This figure is for guidance
only and should NOT be taken as being
definitively correct. Whilst we strive
to attain an accurate and current RRP,
prices do go both up and down and may
therefore vary from those listed within

Customer are subject the English law
and any disputes arising shall be subject
to the sole jurisdiction of English
courts. These terms and conditions
do not affect your statutory rights
